The Mission of the AVAQMD is to manage the Antelope Valley’s air quality to achieve a healthful environment through collaboration with the local community to create effective air quality programs while achieving strong and balanced economic growth throught the region. The Smart Chioce option provides AVAQMD a 100% renewable, cost-effective energy source that support the agency’s mission maintaining and protecting Antelope Valley’s air quality.
