I am the authorized representative for the electric account holder identified in the materials provided herein. I authorize Lancaster Energy (LCE) to disclose my electric account enrollment status. As a Smart Choice customer, I grant LCE permission to use and publish pictures, prints, and logos of my business and/or organization provided by our business and/or organization on its website and in other promotional materials. I also grant LCE permission to use and publish information and testimonials provided by our business and/or organization without financial or other compensation. I agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify LCE and the City of Lancaster from any liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or expenses resulting from any release of information pursuant to this Authorization.
