Southern California Edison assists business and property owners with deploying the infrastructure and equipment necessary to support electric vehicle charging stations at their multi-family buildings, public sector, or business locations.

Alternative Fuel Vehicle Incentive (AVAQMD)
The Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District’s (AVAQMD) Alternative Fuel Vehicle Incentive Program has realized tremendous growth in the past few years. The AVAQMD’s Governing Board has made it a priority to provide local residents various opportunities to convert from their existing, higher emitting vehicles to newer, cleaner vehicles.
Electric Rebates and Programs
Lancaster Energy customers are eligible to participate in most Southern California Edison (SCE) programs that help conserve energy and lower bills. Rebates are often available for energy efficient appliances and upgrades. SCE also offers resources and programs to help manage costs, reduce energy usage, and get payment assistance.
Natural Gas Rebates and Programs (SoCalGas)
SoCalGas provides information and programs that help conserve natural gas and lower SoCalGas bills. Rebates are often available for energy efficient appliances and upgrades. Resources and programs are available that help manage costs, reduce energy usage, and get payment assistance.
Regional Energy Network Rebates and Programs (SoCalRen)
The Southern California Regional Energy Network (SoCalREN) provides services to residents, businesses, and public agencies throughout the areas served by SCE and SoCalGas, including LCE customers, to achieve high levels of energy savings in Southern California. Programs are available to support homes, businesses, and public facilities.
Rural Energy for America Program (REAP)
REAP provides guaranteed loan financing and grant funding to agricultural producers and rural small businesses to purchase or install renewable energy systems or make energy efficiency improvements.
Multi-family Green Initiative
The Fannie Mae Multifamily Green Initiative provides mortgage financing to apartment buildings and cooperatives to finance energy and water efficiency property improvements. They also serve the multifamily market by integrating sustainability considerations into our underwriting, asset management and securitization processes.
Federal Tax Credits for Consumer Energy Efficiency
ENERGY STAR products eligible for tax credits are independently certified to save energy, save money, and protect the environment. Today, the only federal tax credits for energy efficiency improvements that remain in effect are for solar energy systems (solar water heaters and solar panels). These federal tax credits remain in effect through December 2021.
Business Energy Investment Tax Credit (ITC)
Receive a corporate tax credit from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service for eligible renewable technologies such as: Solar Water Heat, Solar Space Heat, Geothermal Electric, Solar Thermal Electric, Solar Thermal Process Heat, Solar Photovoltaic, Wind (All), Geothermal Heat Pumps, etc.
Renewable Electricity Production Tax Credit (PTC)
Receive a corporate tax credit from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service eligible renewable technologies such as: Geothermal Electric, Wind (All), Biomass, Hydroelectric, Municipal Solid Waste, Landfill Gas, Tidal, Wave, and Ocean Thermal, Wind (Small), Hydroelectric (Small).
Self-Generation Incentive Program (SGIP)
SGIP offers rebates to residential, commercial, industrial, government, and non-profit customers who install qualifying types of distributed generation to meet all or a portion of their own energy needs. The SGIP can help reduce your greenhouse gas emissions while also helping reduce electrical system demand, which in turn helps reduce the need to build expensive fossil fuel-fired power plants.
